Plot
Hubie Halloween tells the tale of Hubie Dubois, who is ridiculed by nearly everyone in his hometown of Salem, Massachusetts. Hubie, on the other hand, enjoys working as an appointee on Halloween night, keeping a watch on the streets to ensure that no one is hurt. However, everyone dismisses it as a juvenile job and continues to mock him despite the fact that he is doing something good for society as a whole.
But no one can blame Hubie for being obnoxious at times, especially to the local police station, which he irritates with frequent phone calls. Hubie runs into Walter Lambert the day before Halloween and learns that Richie Hartman, a former buddy, has escaped from a mental institution. During his job, Hubie is the victim of many ruses, and he flees into the woods, where he meets Walter, who is shortly returned to the mental institution.
Hubie, on the other hand, eventually emerges as the savior and gains respect. Hubie marries Violet after a year and even becomes Mayor of Salem, bringing the tale to a happy conclusion. Hubie is shown riding his bicycle and getting ready for Halloween towards the conclusion of the film.

The whole picture is full of various pranks and sarcastic remarks, but not all of them are as amusing as they should be. Hubie is depicted as stupid from the beginning, yet at times he transforms into the most brilliant person who fails to behave in line with the role. Sandler’s overacting may be irritating at times, but accept that the film is enjoyable overall.
